Brandt trained at the American Ballet Theatre Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School from 2005-2009 and at ABT's New York Summer Intensive as a National Training Scholar. She joined the ABT Studio Company in 2009 and became an apprentice with the main Company the following year. Brandt joined ABT’s corps de ballet in 2011 and was appointed a Soloist in 2015. Her leading roles with the Company include Gamzatti in La Bayadére, Medora in Le Corsaire, the title role in The Golden Cockerel and Princess Praline in Whipped Cream. Brandt received a 2013 Princess Grace Award. She will perform the role of Columbine in ABT’s Washington, D.C. premiere of Harlequinade at the Kennedy Center. Conversations on Dance is a lively and engaging new podcast giving audiences an inside look into the world of ballet and professional dance.
